Anachronism: When they no longer require you to turn off all signals on planes, people will wonder why that is called "Airplane Mode" & has an airplane icon. Similar to the floppy disk icon for saving.
BCH is simply an update for Bitcoin that was not sanctioned by the Core developers. Because it doesn't need to be. That's decentralised development. That's Bitcoin.
What would help 0-conf confidence is if an exchange started accepting 0-conf for say upto 10BCH - Maybe Via or Coinex could help.
0-conf to make a trade, wait for a confirmation or two to withdraw. Would be great for the exchange and traders(and the price) to be able to do arbitrage in 10 minutes.
I’m concerned about all the controversy happening around Craig. How does everyone else feel about this?
People constantly want to "fix" Bitcoin. There's no indication that 0-conf transactions are unsafe for the size/type of transactions they're useful for.
So twitter has decided to shadowban my account. Sad to say the least. Been on there for many years and now I need to find a new platform to post on. Luckily there is memo.cash. Cheers to the future!
Honestly, to put it plainly Memo has way too many issues. The cost, even just 1,000 bits put's people off due to the inaccessibility of faucets, and the concept of paying for posts.
I disagree. This is a Metcalfes law chicken and egg problem. People don't use memo because there aren't many people using memo.
If they use a script that creates a new user for each post, then blocking would be ineffective. What about hiding posts from users without any shared connections?
Why would anyone use Amazon for storage in that case
They serve quite different purposes. Why do the titles get cut off so short though? I count 74 chars in that, so I'm sure the whole headline would fit.

Blockpress failed because they prioritized having a pretty face over strong bones and muscles. Making memo pretty is secondary to making it useful.

What? Amaury's not a fan of the mafakin 90's. Sad 2 hear. Create your own Memo client for your favorite decade then. Sites https://wewo.cash/ & https://memberapp.github.io/ understand.

"Why would I want to get paid to use social media?"
When the front page after signing up on Memo effectively says "You need money to make your first post!" It's not very welcoming. Even if you earn more than you spend.

As much as I love Bitcoin Cashers, we really need incentives for the mainstream to adopt tech like Memo, so that it's not just a BCH-ingroup. Pay-to-post is still a hard sell when other platforms are free.
