I regularly see people move their preference from BTC to BCH - but i never see anyone change from BCH to BTC
scale.cash worked well for me - read what it says, wait for the initial fan out transactions for confirm and then it picks up speed.
There could be an image hosting provider willing to integrate the image upload to memo for a bch kickback in the transaction.
likes on the retweet could split the profit between the original creator and the retweeter - encouraging spreading good messages
one thing that strikes me is the mentioning of the value of number of connected nodes in twitter. Retweets in memo could be incentivized in interesting ways

Legit. I'm fairly sure their business model relies on getting transactions through quickly, so I would expect them to pay higher than normal TX fees. Do other clients jump to match it?
Not sure what you mean by other clients jump to match? They're welcome to pay whatever fee they like i guess - just seems odd they pay 300x the requirement.
