With decentralized handles, how do you prevent squatting? Unfortunately I don't think handles alone will scale. I think a hybrid system of handles + web of trust could work.

Why do you believe that the words "always" and "everything" do have the same meaning?? Count the letters and you might already notice a difference (you can use a calculator).
When you said "the word 'everything' always leads to a generalization", that was itself a generalization. It's possible to generalize with the word "always" too.
