I know a lot of BCHers have an ideal price scenario where BTC falls to zero and BCH moons forever. Part of me wants to see us pass them on the way up(just as they're popping champagne for the $100 transaction fees).
I'm really new to crypto, so please keep that in mind, lol, but how will BCH pass BTC if BTC is always the one that dictates the market?
I mean:
loyalty is being abused by facebook, twitter, google, ebay... (insert name of other digital giant)
where people give freely, have content used against.
A value, to be valued.

Crazy that the monsters lost sight of the intricate threads that weave networks together,
loyalty, it's a value that's underappreciated.
& one that's returning as a result of abuse.
have you thinking of pasting your content over to yours.org as well?
I don't steemit, have zero interest in going there,
yours is my preferred blogging platform
would love2C ur posts.
I mainly do Steem because it was the first platform I started with back in Dec. It really just took off for me on there and has made a lot of amazing things happen.

Definitely!! Just posted my first post over there today!
Blockchain-based socialmedia is even easier to harvest data. Every poll, like, and post you make is public data that can be gathered. Memo doxing will be a dangerous thing.
Will be even more beneficial to be anonymous then.
On the other hand, likes are public anyway because of the blockchain. Maybe let users customize if they see likes and/or retweets in their feed, as they desire.
For sure, the more customization of feeds, the better the platform is.
Fair point. But is the goal to emulate Twitter and win those users over? I think people might prefer both a Like and a Retweet function separate. But maybe I'm wrong.
I agree. Just because you like something doesn't mean you want to put that onto your wall, stream, etc.
I would think that the Like feature encompasses the same functionality as a retweet when combined with the Dashboard and All Activity view

Facebook.... bleh
Future generations will be shocked
"WHAT? FB stole data and used it against people?
Explains why the mental disorders."
Why steem, what do you like about it?
Steem is awesome because of the communities there. I've really met a lot of truly talented people that all want to work towards a lot of the same goals I have... Great networking
To win a debate, focus on convincing the audience, not the person you're debating. In this case, the audience is anyone in the future who reads the blockchain.
Thank you for the tip and congratulations on France winning. I watched the game and was cheering for Croatia. Moving on to bigger wins on the horizon such as crypto adoption!
Yup, platforms like memo.cash are certainly going to help with adoption
