It's just fine, as long as you understand the risks/potential of the asset your holding. I tend to hold 90% of my stash, and spend and replace 10%. I also DCA to increase.
I would classify it as a neutral meme def has its advantages and disadvantages applying HODL to utter shitcoins for one can be financial suicide, but with the right asset is fine
