They aren't case sensitive afk. When I sent to my mom I tried using capital letters and it still goes to her wallet and shows her picture.

No need to ask for permission. Bch is permissionless. Just pay the tx fee and if a miner chooses to include it, it is acceptable.

If someone launched a crypto now that works just like how BTC works today people would say "that's not bitcoin" but if it worked just like how BCH works today people would say "that's exactly like bitcoin".

1) They would have to spend a lot of money and 2) they would have to overwhelm the volume of normal users. That means there would need to be more scammers than legit users to game.
Maybe I misunderstand. Let's say I have 5 sockpuppet accounts. I send 1 BCH in tips from A to B to C to D to E and back to A. It only cost me 1c in tx fee or so. How do you stop this?
