They aren't case sensitive afk. When I sent to my mom I tried using capital letters and it still goes to her wallet and shows her picture.

No need to ask for permission. Bch is permissionless. Just pay the tx fee and if a miner chooses to include it, it is acceptable.

So I guess we now have a "Bitcoin Core Classic" and a "Bitcoin Core SomethingElse". I think we should fork BCH and call it "The Real Bitcoin (TRB ticker), just to clear things up a bit
1) They would have to spend a lot of money and 2) they would have to overwhelm the volume of normal users. That means there would need to be more scammers than legit users to game.
Maybe I misunderstand. Let's say I have 5 sockpuppet accounts. I send 1 BCH in tips from A to B to C to D to E and back to A. It only cost me 1c in tx fee or so. How do you stop this?

@memo feature maybe we can have a reputation system based on the amount a person has earned in tips? They can have an icon next to their name based on their “tier” from the tips they’ve earned.
Too easy to game. Just send tips around in circles between sockpuppet accounts. However tips from your own direct network carry weight. Maybe even two levels down of weighed somehow.

One of the mining pools was mining them before the upgrade, I've contacted them and they are going to start mining them again soon.

I like it. URLs can be very long though. What about SHA256(url), message? URLs can contain random vars, so not exactly sure how to do, but possible. And cool, I still have chars left!!
