Conjecture, but yes. Why else would they try to destroy, delay and/or weaken BCH? It doesn't appear they're profiting. Irrational behavior can be explained by malice.
DASH still comes across as a crypto version of multilevel marketing. It's fractionally more interesting than litecoin. The masternode system does create a lot of "DASH promotion", I'll give it that.
